At the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan over the past week, 53 transactions were registered for 17 million 654 thousand US dollars.
During the auction, businessmen from Russia and Turkey purchased polypropylene produced at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR). Gasoline brand ECO-93 (SC "Turkmenhimiya") became the subject of transactions of entrepreneurs from the UK, Turkey, Afghanistan and Georgia. In addition, merchants from the United Arab Emirates, Turkey and Kyrgyzstan were sold a range of terry products, licorice roots, and cotton yarn.
For the domestic market, Turkmen businessmen purchased motor oil (produced by TKNPZ), polypropylene and high-density polyethylene (SC "Turkmenhimiya"), as well as handmade carpets for a total of 37 million 509 thousand manats.
