Recall that on July 22, a meeting of the heads of Central Asian countries was held in Kyrgyzstan. All participants expressed concern about the growing threat of terrorism and religious radicalism. On the eve of the meeting, UN experts published a report in which they warned of the terrorist groups ISIS and Al-Qaeda expanding their influence on Afghan territory. According to the report, their interests are not limited to Afghanistan, and the implementation of the "great caliphate" project will require expansion into neighboring countries.
