A delegation of Turkmenistan leaves for the UAE to discuss energy and investment

From August 29 to September 2, a Turkmen delegation headed by Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Berdiniyaz Myatiev paid a visit to the United Arab Emirates.

On August 29-30, negotiations were held with the leadership of the Supreme National Security Council of the UAE and the Director General of the Abu Dhabi Development Fund, Mohammed Saif Al Suwaidi , the Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan reports .

The parties discussed partnership in the political, trade and economic, energy, financial and investment spheres.

The delegation of Turkmenistan held meetings with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Presidential Affairs Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan , Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the UAE for Asian Countries, Minister of State Ahmed Al Sayeg , Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the UAE Suhail Al Mazrui on the topic of political diplomatic interaction, expansion of economic and cultural cooperation. The situation in Afghanistan was also discussed.

On August 31, the Turkmen delegation at a meeting with the leadership of the Emirati Mubadala company discussed issues of cooperation in the field of investments , finance and gas chemistry.

The Foreign Ministry does not report on the results of the talks.
