A meeting of the Turkmen-Kazakhstan intergovernmental commission was held in Astana

The 10th meeting of the joint Turkmen-Kazakhstan Intergovernmental Commission on Economic, Scientific, Technical and Cultural Cooperation was held in Astana.

A wide range of issues relating to the implementation of interstate agreements and the development of priority areas of partnership between Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan were put on the agenda of the meeting.

The parties paid special attention to enhancing bilateral cooperation in the trade and economic, energy, transport and agricultural areas. In particular, the parties noted the need to take concerted measures to deepen trade and economic ties, increase export-import operations, and expand the range and volume of goods supplied and services rendered.

According to the results of the work of the Turkmen-Kazakhstan intergovernmental commission, the final protocol was signed.
