A student of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Serdar Rakhimov, became the winner of the competition "Best Young Scientists - 2022", held among scientific and educational institutions of the CIS. The event was organized by the International Association of Young Scientists of the CIS.

Under the terms of the intellectual competition, the contestants presented their scientific developments in various fields, including international relations. The scientific work of Serdar Rakhimov "The role of preventive diplomacy in ensuring regional security, the positive experience of Turkmenistan in solving regional and global problems" was highly appreciated by the jury members and awarded a diploma of the II degree. Also, the Turkmen student was awarded the medal "Best Young Scientists - 2022".
