The khyakimlik of the Balkan velayat has announced a tender for the construction of 19 facilities at the Serdar stage of the Balkan velayat. The announcement was posted in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper on September 14.

Network engineering:

Construction of an external drinking water supply system in the village;

Construction of an internal drinking water supply system in the village;

Construction of an outdoor sewerage system in the village;

Construction of an internal sewerage system in the village;

Construction of an outdoor electric wire in the village;

Construction of an internal electric cable in the village;

Construction of external highways in the village;

Construction of internal roads in the village;

Construction of a building in the village for desalination of drinking water;

Construction of sewage treatment facilities in the village;

Construction of a gas pipeline leading to and inside the village;

Buildings for social and cultural development:

Construction of a school for 260 students in the village;

Construction of a kindergarten for 160 children in the village;

Construction of a Health House in the village;

Construction of a gengeshlik building in the village;

Construction of a police and fire brigade building in the village;

Construction of a House of Culture for 200 places in the village;

Construction of a park in the village;

Construction in the village of 1-storey 4-room residential buildings (32 houses).
