She was arrested by officers of the State Committee for National Security.
«According to preliminary data, Zarina Torokulova is accused of calls for mass riots and active disobedience to representatives of authorities. By decision of the court, she was placed in the pre-trial detention center of the State Committee for National Security until October 30,» the sources said.
