High school students of Turkmenistan will be able to take part in the FLEX exchange program for 2023-2024. “We just this week received wonderful news from the government of Turkmenistan that permission has been received to resume the recruitment of candidates for the FLEX exchange program,” the American diplomat was quoted as saying.

 

It is reported that the exchange program was resumed after a two-year pause associated with the coronavirus. It should be noted that difficulties with testing in Turkmenistan arose even before the pandemic. In 2017, the government of the country delayed the issuance of permission to conduct testing.
