Agrarian Services Agency to spend AZN 100,000 for editing video clips with intervals not exceeding 10,800 seconds.

The Agrarian Services Agency (ASA) under the Ministry of Agriculture has today finalised a tender for procurement of consulting services on development of educational visual content for farmers, which was won by 37-year-old Baku-based Tural Oruj oglu Rasulov. According to the terms of the tender https://etender.gov.az/main/competition/detail/292481, Tural Rasulov will film a total of 40 educational videos, including 20 graphic clips, within 40 days in different regions of Azerbaijan. The total duration of the clips will be from 5,200 to 10,800 seconds. The contract is subject to fulfilment within the specified time. For his work, T. Rasulov, whose track record failed to find any information in the public resources of the Turan news agency, demands AZN 99,600 manats ($58.600).
