An earthquake occurred 16 km from the village of Sayat in the Lebap velayat

At 2:51 am on January 26, an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.6 occurred in the Lebap province of Turkmenistan. This is reported by the Volcano Discovery website.

The epicenter of the shocks was located 16 km from the village of Sayat and 57 km from Turkmenabat. The source lay at a depth of 10 km.
