An armed man locked himself in the Kaspi bank building in Kazakhstan, Trend reports via the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan.
According to the information, the armed man locked himself with the bank's customers.
"Police officers are on the spot, negotiations are underway with the man. The guards ask the residents of the capital to remain calm and allow the competent authorities to conduct their work," the ministry said.
