"There are still territorial claims against Azerbaijan in the Constitution of Armenia, as well as in a number of normative acts," Jeyhun Bayramov, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan said at a joint press conference with Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Djuric, APA reports. The minister underscored that this is the most serious threat to the peace process: "At the same time, I mentioned the very intensive arming of Armenia. Armenia's military budget has increased by about 50 percent. This process hinders the creation of peace and stability in the region. The wrong policy carried out by Armenia in this field and the inciting support of some countries to Armenia remain a danger in the region.
