The Turkmen National Conservatory was named after Mai Kuliyeva , and the State Medical University Myrat Garryeva . The corresponding Resolution adopted the Parliament of Turkmenistan.

Names of artists invited to name new buildings and streets of the new district of Ashgabat. The head of state also noted that the historical names of a number of settlements and other objects will be restored.
Maya Kuliyeva People's Artist of the USSR, Hero of Turkmenistan, opera singer. She died in Ashgabat on April 28, 2018 at the age of 98.
Myrat Garryev employee of the Ministry of Health, academician of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, deputy chairman of the Council of Elders. He died in Ashgabat on August 28, 2012 at the age of 81.
