AZAL Flights from Baku to Moscow Experience Delays Due to Drone Attack Over Russian Airspace

Baku: In connection with the opening of airspace over the city of Moscow of the Russian Federation, flights J2-807 (Vnukovo) and J2-181 (Domodedovo) of Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) on the Baku-Moscow route departed at 12:25 and 12:35, respectively, AZAL informed APA-Economics.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, due to the closure of the airspace over Moscow city of the Russian Federation, delays are observed on Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) flights number J2-807 (Vnukovo) and J2-181 (Domodedovo) on the Baku-Moscow route, AZAL told APA.

In order to ensure the safety of flights, AZAL continues to closely monitor the situation and will regularly inform passengers about any possible changes.

Passengers of delayed flights are being provided with all necessary means in accordance with the airline's regulations.

It should be noted that Ukraine has recently carried out a massive attack on Moscow with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). As a result of the attack, there have been deaths and injuries.
