Azerbaijan Adjusts Bus Routes in Baku Amid COP29 Preparations.

Baku: Azerbaijan will modify the movement patterns of 57 bus routes in Baku from November 11 to 22 to accommodate restrictions related to COP29, as announced by the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency to APA-Economics. According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the new arrangement includes designating the final stops for several routes at key transport hubs and metro stations in the city. Specifically, the '28 May' Transport Exchange Center will serve as the final stop for 3 regular routes, while 7 routes will conclude at the 'Elmler Akademiyasi' metro station. Meanwhile, 12 regular routes will now end at the 'Ulduz' metro station, and 4 routes will terminate at the 'Khatai' metro station. In addition, 3 routes originating from the Zabrat settlement, identified as numbers 118A, 118B, and 148, will have their final stop at the Sabunchu railway station. Moreover, the 'Koroglu' Transport Exchange Center will serve as the terminal point for another 3 routes, and the Zabrat district will be the final destination for 3 additional routes.
