Beijing: Azerbaijan and China have officially signed a 'Joint Statement on the Establishment of a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership'. This significant agreement was finalized on April 23 during the state visit of Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to China.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the joint statement marks a new phase in the 33-year diplomatic relationship between the two nations.
