Baku: The new Chairman of the Board has been appointed to the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDIA) of Azerbaijan.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Farid Osmanov has been selected for this prominent position. This leadership change marks a significant step for the agency, which plays a crucial role in the country's technological advancement and digital governance.
Previously, the role was held by Inara Valiyeva, who took on the position in 2023. Under her leadership, the agency implemented several key initiatives aimed at building a digital government, enhancing the innovation ecosystem, and fostering human capital in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector.
