Baku: Azerbaijan forecasts a 3.2% economic growth rate in 2025, APA reports, citing the Ministry of Finance. Economic growth is expected to reach 3.6% in 2027-2028 and 4.1% in 2029.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, in the medium term, real GDP growth is projected to average 3.8% annually, while non-oil and gas GDP is expected to grow by 5.1%. In 2025, the oil and gas sector's GDP is forecast to grow by 1.2% in real terms. By the end of 2026, GDP is projected to reach AZN 135.7 billion, including AZN 101.3 billion in non-oil and gas GDP. By 2029, total GDP is expected to rise to AZN 162.6 billion, with non-oil and gas GDP reaching AZN 129.1 billion.
