Baku: The pension of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been increased for individuals with disabilities resulting from war or the events of January 20, 1990. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree to implement this change.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Decree stipulates that, starting from July 1, 2025, the presidential pension for those with disabilities due to 81-100 percent impairment of body functions will rise from 500 to 600 manats. For individuals with disabilities due to 61-80 percent impairment, the pension will increase from 400 to 500 manats. Additionally, for those with disabilities due to 31-60 percent impairment, the pension will be raised from 330 to 400 manats.
