According to the draft law, the word "forests" in the title of Article 260 (Destruction or damage to forests and other greenery) of the Criminal Code is replaced by the word "trees, bushes". According to the draft law, especially those who destroy greenery by causing a large amount of damage can be imprisoned for up to 8 years The draft law was put to a vote and adopted in the first reading.
