This initiative aims to simplify access to financing for entrepreneurs, particularly for preferential loans. Officials are focused on expanding collaboration with a broader range of entrepreneurs and credit organizations. Recent measures have led to a significant increase in the share of microenterprises, as well as small and medium-sized businesses, benefiting from preferential loans provided by the Fund, both in terms of quantity and total amounts," Khaliyev said.
