Azerbaijan Sets AZN 340,000 Annual Fee for Casino Licenses on Caspian Sea Artificial Land

Baku: A state fee of 340,000 manat will be charged for organizing casino games on artificial land areas within the section of the Caspian Sea (lake) belonging to the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports. This fee is part of the proposed additions to Articles 22.0.42 and 23.2-1 of the "Law on State Fees."

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the draft stipulates that an initial fee of 340,000 manat will be required to organize casino games on these specified artificial land areas. An additional 340,000 manat must be paid annually during the validity of the license. This annual fee is to be paid each subsequent year by the date the license was originally issued.
