Baku: The "Rules for the Operation of Aircraft on International Flights, Training Flights, and Special Aviation Activities" have been approved, following a decision by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the new regulations stipulate that flights posing risks to the life, health, or property of individuals are not allowed.
