Azerbaijan to Relocate 81 Families to Kalbajar Under Great Return Initiative

Baku: For the first time, 81 families will be relocated to Kalbajar within the framework of the Great Return. A draw has already been held to determine which building and apartment the families will live in.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this relocation marks a significant step in the Great Return initiative, aimed at repopulating areas previously affected by conflict. The initiative seeks to restore and revitalize these regions by encouraging citizens to return and settle in their ancestral lands.

The draw, which determined the specific accommodations for the families, is part of a broader effort to ensure a smooth transition for those moving to Kalbajar. The process is designed to be transparent and fair, providing each family with a clear understanding of their new living situation.

The relocation to Kalbajar is a crucial component of Azerbaijan's broader strategy to enhance regional stability and development. By facilitating the return of families to these areas, the government aims to foster a sense of community and rebuild the local economy.
