Azerbaijan to restore Tea House in nation’s Aghdam

BAKU: The House of Tea in Aghdam will be reconstructed, the deputy executive director of the Rehabilitation, Construction, and Management Service in Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavand districts of Sabughi Abdullayev said at the Caspian Construction Week, Trend reports. According to him, local and foreign companies are currently working on it. Speaking about the Aghdam Industrial Park, Abdullayev noted that the number of residents here is 72. 'The volumes of their investments are growing day by day. More than 72 million manat ($42.3 million) have been invested in the industrial park,' he added. To note, the Caspian Construction Week, a key event in the region's construction industry, is taking place at the Baku Expo Center from October 15 to 17. The event brings together a variety of construction companies from different countries around the world on one platform. Presently, over 380 companies from 22 different countries are showcasing their work at exhibitions during the Caspian Construction Week. To recall, i n 1993, Armenian armed forces captured Aghdam district and the district's 80 villages. The occupation resulted in the forcible displacement of 128,000 people. In 2020, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces liberated the district. Source: Trend News Agency
