Baku: Azerbaijan-Trkiye relations have reached the level of an alliance with the vision of our leaders and the Shusha Declaration, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov said during a joint press conference with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Jeyhun Bayramov stated that there are various platforms to further develop these relations. He mentioned the Strategic Cooperation Council, the Intergovernmental Commission, and other formats as key avenues for collaboration. Bayramov emphasized the importance of maintaining close contacts with Hakan Fidan, noting that despite frequent meetings, there remain many issues to discuss.

Bayramov highlighted recent and upcoming interactions between the two countries, including meetings in Malta and Egypt last month, and the current visit of Hakan Fidan. He also mentioned an upcoming meeting in Ankara in 10 days, which will be held in the format of Trkiye-Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan.
