Moscow: A meeting has been held between Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia Rahman Mustafayev and Governor of the Astrakhan Oblast of the Russian Federation Igor Babushkin, APA's Moscow bureau reports. The meeting took place at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Russian Federation.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, discussions during the meeting focused on enhancing trade, economic, and industrial cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Astrakhan Oblast of Russia. The meeting also addressed the expansion of cultural, educational, and youth relations between the two regions.
