Tovuz: Azerbaijani customs officers have seized a significant quantity of smuggled medications during a customs inspection at the "Girmizi Korpu" customs post. The cargo vehicle in question was arriving from Georgia to Azerbaijan.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the State Customs Committee's Press and Public Relations Department reported that the inspection uncovered 1,390 boxes and 240 vials of medications concealed in the trailer, bypassing customary customs control procedures. An investigation is currently ongoing to understand the full scope of the smuggling operation and any potential parties involved.
