'The state of Azerbaijan systematically carries the issue of landmines forward on various platforms,' said Jeyhun Bayramov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan in his statement to the journalists, APA reports. He said that Azerbaijan continues to expose Armenia on all platforms: 'Armenia's statement "we have planted such amounts of landmines, but no info about their location" is not believable. Experts know very well that, this process does not happen like that. Approximately, 1000 square kilometers of area has been mined in the last 3 years. This is a process which has taken place in the recent years. Does their map not exist?! Armenia presented mine maps to justify itself as a result of to these pressures. Currently, specialists are working on those maps." Note that the National Security Service of Armenia (NSS) said that Armenia will hand over 8 new mine maps to Azerbaijan in the coming days.
