Baku: The price of Azerbaijani oil of the Azeri Light (CIF) brand has increased on world markets. The price of one barrel of Azerbaijani oil rose by USD 3.79 or 5% yesterday, reaching USD 79.58. The previous price of Azerbaijani oil was USD 75.79 per barrel. According to Azeri-Press News Agency, in Azerbaijan's state budget for this year, the average price of one barrel of Azeri Light oil is calculated at USD 70. This recent increase in oil prices has brought the current price significantly above the budgeted average.
