Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has addressed the participants of the 9th 'Baku Heart Days' International Congress, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev extended a welcome to Azerbaijani cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and scientists from various countries who gathered in Baku for the congress.
