Belgrade: A group of servicemen from the Azerbaijan Army is actively participating in the multinational peacekeeping operations exercise 'Platinum Wolf - 2025' in Serbia. The exercise involves a wide range of military activities designed to enhance international cooperation and operational effectiveness among participating nations.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Azerbaijani troops, alongside military personnel from the United States, the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Hungary, Montenegro, Romania, North Macedonia, and Greece, are engaged in various tasks. These include live-fire training, foot and vehicle patrolling, urban operations, checkpoint establishment, and crowd and riot prevention measures.
The exercise also focuses on handling prisoners of war, providing first aid during combat, protection against weapons of mass destruction, and executing other assigned military tasks. The 'Platinum Wolf - 2025' exercise is scheduled to continue until June 28, providing a platform for participating nations to strengthen their military collaboration and peacekeeping capabilities.
