BAKU: The amphibious aircraft of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Emergency Situations continues to participate in efforts to combat wildfires in Trkiye, a source from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan told Trend. According to the source, the BE-200ChS amphibious aircraft of the ministry’s aviation unit, sent to brotherly Trkiye by the order of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to assist in combating severe wildfires, is continuing firefighting operations. As part of these operations, the aircraft has been involved in firefighting efforts in the Manisa-Alasehir area. Currently, firefighting operations are ongoing. Source: Trend News Agency
