Azerbaijan’s CEC Chairman addressed to MP candidates

“MP candidates should first send their applications to District Election Commissions,” Mazahir Panahov, Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan said at today’s meeting held at CEC, APA reports. The Chairman of the CEC noted that it is necessary to convey this to the candidates: “Constituencies should thoroughly investigate and consider the appeals of the complainants. If the complainant is dissatisfied with the decision of the constituency, then they can appeal to us.
