"Our doors have always been open to the representatives of the international organizations that applied," Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan Mazahir Panahov said today at the meeting of the Commission dedicated to the early presidential elections to be held on February 7, 2024, APA reports. Mazahir Panahov said that when the CEC saw a certain bias, it discussed it openly: "Again, if international organizations raise any issue, we will openly convey it to the public and we will conduct the discussions in the same way, openly. We will also invite the press to participate in those processes. We will not accept the complaint made to us by asking someone without taking advantage of the conditions created here. We create conditions at all stages, but some do not use these created conditions, they go and believe what someone says from the side.
