Baku to Host “Art Weekend” Festival Organized by Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Baku: Preparations have begun in Baku for an art festival organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Foundation told APA. From October 31 to November 2, art enthusiasts can look forward to an exciting and extraordinary weekend.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the project themed 'Fly to Baku. Art Weekend. Sense the Future NOW' will immerse Baku in a wave of creativity, emotion, and energy over the weekend. Water has been chosen as the main element for Art Weekend and will be at the core of the project's concept from philosophical, artistic, and ecological perspectives. This is no coincidence, as water serves as a creative metaphor, a mirror of change, and a symbol of the bridge between humans and nature.

In the Art Weekend festival, renowned artists, curators, and figures from the art world from other countries besides Azerbaijan will gather in Baku to explore water as a force and theme that penetrates all forms of creativity. The event will go beyond the traditional exhibition format and will include various presentations and interactive installations.

Viewers will be introduced to breathtaking paintings pulsing with emotion, sculptures that awaken the human spirit, and beautiful examples from other fields of art. During Art Weekend, the spirit of art and transformation will unite across various art venues in Baku, including galleries, theaters, exhibition halls, and open-air exhibitions.

'Sense the Future NOW' is not just an art event, but also an invitation to dive deep into human emotions and rediscover oneself in order to gain a new perspective on the world. The organizers of Art Weekend are calling on everyone to touch the future - and to feel it.
