Baku: The price of Bitcoin experienced a significant surge, crossing the $93,000 mark on cryptocurrency exchanges. This notable increase was observed on April 23, as reported by APA-Economics.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Bitcoin, the world's leading cryptocurrency, saw a rise of 6.09% on the 'CoinMarketCap' platform at 9:30 AM Baku time, reaching a price of $93,408. This upward trend was not only limited to Bitcoin, as other major cryptocurrencies also saw an increase in their values.
Ethereum, another prominent cryptocurrency, witnessed a rise in its value over the past day. The price of Ethereum increased by 14.32%, reaching $1,799. In addition, XRP, which is ranked among the top five cryptocurrencies, saw an increase of 7.29%, while BNB recorded a 3.03% rise in the last 24 hours.
It is important to note that Bitcoin's highest recorded price was on December 16 of the previous year, when it surpassed $108,000. This recent surge marks a significant development in the cryptocurrency market, reflecting ongoing volatility and investor interest.
