On September 30, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, the state information agency TDH reports .
Deputy Prime Minister Khodjamyrat Geldimyradov , who oversees the economy and finance , said that the Ministry of Finance has developed a procedure for transferring state property to trust management on a competitive basis. However, TDH does not publish the document itself.

Deputy Prime Minister Shahym Abdrakhmanov , who is in charge of the oil and gas industry, took care to bring the Bagadzhin complex for gas purification and production of liquefied gas (located in the Lepab velayat) to full capacity and presented the Resolution “On the purchase of material and technical equipment and facilities by the Turkmengas State Concern” for the modernization of the enterprise.

The Bagadzhin gas processing complex with a total cost of $52.35 million was put into operation in 2006. The second stage of the plant started operating in 2011. The complex was built by the Canadian company Thermo Design Engineering ltd. Then it was reported that liquefied gas from here would be exported – through the terminal in the city of Seydi, and gas condensate – to the Seydi oil refinery, where light oil products, which are in high demand on world markets, will be produced from it. In addition, from Bagadzhi “blue fuel” will be supplied to the consumer network of the Amudarya valley – for production needs and the population of Lebap.
Deputy Prime Minister Annageldi Yazmyradov , who is in charge of the agro-industrial complex, reported on the draft Decree on granting legal entities – citizens of the country – land plots for construction and production purposes. It is expected that this will increase the efficiency of the agricultural sector and increase agricultural production. The President signed the document.
Deputy Prime Minister Charymyrat Purchekov , who is in charge of the construction, industrial and energy complex, presented a proposal to establish the issuance of plastic cards for various purposes in accordance with the Concept for the Development of the Digital Economy, as well as the production of traffic lights and LED road signs .
Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that this work will contribute to import substitution and approved the proposal.
The official also said that a tender was held to select a consulting company that will monitor the construction of a solar and wind power plant in the Serdar etrap of the Balkan velayat and asked the head of state to allow a contract to be concluded with this company. TDH does not name the company, but notes that the president gave permission for the contract.
