Children’s entertainment center opened in the western region of Turkmenistan

The ceremony of commissioning a children's entertainment center was held in the Esenguly district of the Balkan velayat (region), which was attended by the chairman of the lower house of the Turkmen parliament (Mejlis) Gulshat Mammedova.

Esenguly district became the winner of the annual competition held in the country, having achieved the best results in socio-economic and cultural development among the regions of Turkmenistan, and by the order of the President of Turkmenistan was awarded a cash prize in the amount of 1 million US dollars. It was these funds that were used to build and equip a new entertainment center for children.

The town, covering an area of 1.5 hectares, was built by the order of the district administration by the Department of Social Services. A variety of attractions are compactly located on the territory of the center, including carousels, a race track, a Ferris wheel, a slot machine hall, as well as a cafe, a children's toy store. The town is fully landscaped, and in the evening its territory is illuminated by original lighting.

The solemn opening ceremony of the children's entertainment center turned into a holiday for all residents of the area. Creative teams, young singers and dancers performed at the opening with a festive program.
