Baku: The Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office, Sheikh ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade, has honored the memory of Pope Francis by signing a condolence book, as reported by APA.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Allahshukur Pashazade visited the Virgin Mary's Church of the Immaculate Conception to pay his respects. The condolence book was opened following the passing of Pope Francis on April 21. The funeral ceremony for the Pope is scheduled to take place on April 26.
