The Social Development Fund of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) announced the conclusion of four direct contracts on construction of four settlements in Kelbajar (3 villages) and Lachin (1 village) regions, which will take at least nine months. Contracts were awarded to state design institute "Az?rdövl?ts?nayelayih?", the Baku "State Design Institute", and two private companies (LLC "Triumph-M" and LLC "Minera"). Total value of contracts is AZN 3.655, 2.2 million. At that, the projects will cover these villages not in full but partially. For instance, Zar village of Kelbajar region, where, according to the town planning study, 855 houses will be located, will be designed at the first stage for 547 families; Zallar village of the same region for 350 houses (all under the town planning study in the village will be built 487 houses), Gulabird village of Lachin region for 150 houses (581 houses). It must be recalled that in the first half of 2022, the Centre for Spatial Construction and Planning signed direct contracts for urban feasibility studies of these and other villages. For this work design companies were allocated several million manats, and the documents, according to published through the single portal of public procurement, should have been ready a few months ago. But it is not yet known when the government will directly proceed to the construction work
