On August 21, a discussion was held in the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan about the creation of a broadcasting platform connecting Turkic-speaking regions and states, the Ministry told APA. It was emphasized that the platform, based on a monthly or annual subscription model, is planned to include local and international contents (dubbing).
