During the meeting, the parties noted the important role of political parties in the development of interstate cooperation and mutual understanding between the peoples of the countries. The role of inter-party cooperation in the development of economic and humanitarian partnership was emphasized. During his speech, the Chinese guest familiarized the Turkmen party circles with the results of the XX Congress of the National Congress of People's Deputies of the People's Republic of China. The congress held in 2022 re-elected Xi Jinping as chairman of the CPC Central Committee, and determined the development of his idea of socialism with Chinese specifics in a new era and strategic guidelines covering the entire population of this huge country. In addition, Chen Gang, as secretary of the CPC committee of Xinghai Province, presented a video about the achievements of the Chinese region and the country as a whole.
