In the past few days the dollar exchange rate in Ashgabat has dropped down to 18,5-19 manats, correspondents of Chronicles of Turkmenistan report.
According to our latest report, on 29 May dollars were sold at 25 manats, which is seven times as much as the official rate of 3,5 manats. Thus, the dollar value depreciated by 25%.
