Dublin: The shortlist for the Dublin Literary Award, one of the most prestigious literary prizes in the world, has been announced, APA reports, citing the official website of the award.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, six works are included in the shortlist. The works are as follows: Percival Everett from the USA with 'James', Daniel Mason from the USA with 'North Woods', Selva Almada from Argentina with 'Not a River', Paul Lynch from Ireland with 'Prophet Song', Michael Crummey from Canada with 'The Adversary', and Gerda Blees from the Netherlands with 'We are Light'.
It is noted that the international jury, consisting of six members and chaired by Professor Chris Morash, will select one winner. The winner will be announced on May 22, 2025, during the Dublin International Literature Festival, which will take place from May 16-25, 2025.
