Election observers returned to Moscow on the 39th return flight from Ashgabat

On March 14, Turkmen Airlines carried out a charter flight from Ashgabat to Moscow, on which 161 passengers flew to Russia, including observers for the presidential elections in Turkmenistan. This was reported on the website of the Russian Embassy in Ashgabat.

The cost of an economy class ticket for these flights is $400. Payment is made in foreign currency.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, this flight has become the 39th.

The previous flight , the first organized by a Turkmen air carrier, took place on March 9, after the S7 airline, which operated evacuation flights from Turkmenistan to Russia, announced the suspension of all international flights on the 5th.
