Engaged in parliamentary diplomacy, G. Berdimuhamedov discussed the construction of TAPI with a colleague from Pakistan by phone

On October 31, the chairman of the upper house of the parliament of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov , phoned his colleague from the Senate of Pakistan, Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani , the state information agency TDH reports .


On the eve of Berdimuhamedov held a meeting on the importance of parliamentary diplomacy “in a period of difficult situation in the world.”


The parties discussed joint energy projects, including the construction of the TAPI gas pipeline, as well as power transmission lines and fiber optic communications of TAP.


TDH does not give any other details.
