The permit No. ETI-22/23 was submitted by the Main Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Baku on April 10 this year. Adil Veliyev has a private land plot (O.292 hectares) for the construction of a two-storey car show with a basement and a total area of 2.111 m2, as well as auxiliary buildings with an area of 100 m2. Remind that Adil Veliyev has been the head of the executive power of Sabunchi district of Baku since 2012. At the time of his appointment to this position, he owned and operated the company 'Euro Style Ltd' (established in 1996) noted on the website of the http://sabunchu-ih.gov.az/az/page/20.html . Euro Style Ltd LLC (TIN: 1600157591) and is an official dealer of Volkswagen car (35A Babek Ave., Baku). Local media claims that he also owns the company "European Cars" (TIN: 1601523001), several construction companies. In the meantime, it is prohibited by law for civil servants to engage in business, as well as to have a position in commercial structures. However, many officials continue their business activities directly or through family members and immediate relatives.
