At a meeting of the Security Council on November 3, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov issued a severe reprimand to the head of the Ashgabat police department Vepaly Atayev with a final warning, demanding that the shortcomings be corrected as soon as possible.
The reasons for the dissatisfaction of the head of state are not specified.
As TDH writes , Atayev received the penalty "for improper performance of official duties."
