Head of State Ilham Aliyev arrived in the Aghdam region. Foundation laying ceremonies were held with his participation: the Digital Control Center and the Educational Complex of JSC “Azerishig”, the Mugham Center, the 2nd and 3rd residential quarters, as well as the administrative building. Aliyev also got acquainted with the progress of the construction of the Barda-Aghdam railway.
